Reviews about Sprint Store

I had an equipment issue with an online order that I placed, and had to head to a Sprint Store to get the issue fixed. Normally I dread having to go to the physical stores, but Stephen made a very complex issue turn into a smooth experience. He was extremely patient, and kept me in the loop as he progressed to get my issue resolved. Being in Columbus, parking and traffic are typically a huge issue, but the store itself was very easily accessible and had plenty of parking available. Thanks to Stephen, this will now be the primary store that I visit for all my needs.

I switched to Sprint on 9/30/2017 from Verizon. I was promised a $270.00 Visa card to pay for my early termination fees. I provided the store manager and the assistant manager with my final Verizon bill and my Verizon cell phone, and they advised everything was taken care of and that I should expect the Visa card within 30 days. I reached out to Sprint online and found out that the store never completed the process, so I've been waiting approximately 6 weeks for nothing. Now I get to jump through hoops to try to get this handled and to get my proper reimbursement. The associates in this store sweet talk you into thinking they know what they're doing, but obviously, they don't. Be weary of trusting them to assist, because you'll probably end up doing most of the work yourself. I will never go to this store for help again.

I walked into this store to have a phone I owned activated to my Sprint account. I was greeted at the door by some guy who was dressed like Aladdin. I explained that I simply needed this phone activated to my existing Sprint line. The moment he realized he wasn't going to make any money off of a sale, he waived his magic hands into the air and told me "You won't believe this, but all of our systems just went down, I won't be able to help you". It was 100% obvious that his system did not go down, it was just his excuse to not have to perform a task. The guy running the place is a full-blown joke of a human.
