  I've been coming to this Walgreens for over a year now...the store itself is great, there's even a nice gentlemen with very cool hair, who greets you immediately as you walk in and always asks you if you need help. HOWEVER their pharmacy is the exact opposite. It's as if the pharmacy doesn't even follow the same expectations as the store itself. The entire staff besides maybe 2 workers (wish I could remember their names) are RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE with their VERY obvious attitudes. I've had workers in the pharmacy argue with me over the phone, talk about me while I was waiting in the drive thru-you are in front of a glass window (duh) and just recently I had to TELL a pharmacist over the phone HOW to do their job since they couldn't read notes under my profile from my doctor who had sent them this information months ago! Talk about unacceptable. The service I've had is just pathetic and inexcusable. I am a manager at a very busy company where customer service is #1 and I have never once felt like customer service was important to this pharmacy. I will find another pharmacy to go to and tell all my friends and family in the area to STAY AWAY! Shame on whoever hired you and gave you the impression that the way you treat customers is OK. I doubt that I am the first customer to take my business elsewhere and I know I will not be the last.
